Following up with customers to ensure satisfaction and identify potential upsell or cross-sell opportunities.Pre-Sales Support:
Identifying and qualifying leads, potentially through market research or lead generation activities.
Providing product information and demonstrations to prospective clients.
Assisting in the preparation of proposals and sales presentations.
Supporting the sales team with technical expertise and product knowledge.
