Key Job Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in bolt torquing and mechanical services across oil & gas, power plants, refineries, petrochemicals, and industrial sectors.
- Must have and maintain Strong client networks and lead sources.
- Strong Customer Service and Lead Generation with the clients
- Prepare and deliver technical & commercial proposals, quotations, in line with client requirements.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets by generating leads, securing projects, and expanding client base.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, EPC contractors, and consultants.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, resolving issues promptly to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Conduct regular site visits to understand customer needs, monitor competitor activities, and strengthen partnerships.
- Collaborate with the technical/operations team to ensure accurate job execution plans are aligned with client expectations.
- Provide customers with technical guidance on bolt torquing, tensioning, leak testing, and other mechanical services.
- Coordinate with project execution teams to ensure timely mobilization of manpower and equipment.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and opportunities for growth.
- Develop sales strategies for step by step developming & increasing revenue in specialized services like controlled bolting, hot bolting, on-site machining, and flange management.
- Prepare sales forecasts, reports, performance analysis, Weekly & Monthly reports etc. for management review.
- Negotiate contracts, terms, and pricing to secure profitable business.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, HSE standards, and industry regulations during all phases of business.
- Support in managing accounts receivables, ensuring timely payment collection from clients.
- Follow-up with the clients on regular basis for leads, inquiries, work-awards, approval, payments etc.
- Any other reports or tasks as directed by the Management as and when required.
