Combining brownfield redevelopment with large-scale urban transformation, the program requires impeccable PMO leadership to secure seamless, on-time, and on-budget delivery.Job DescriptionAs Delivery Director, you will serve as the principal deputy to the PMO Lead, assuming end-to-end accountability for program delivery. You will integrate design, planning, procurement, and execution streams while aligning diverse stakeholders to deliver one of the most ambitious initiatives in the Kingdom.Key Responsibilities:Lead the delivery of large-scale urban and brownfield programs with budgets in the billions.Drive PMO governance and performance management, ensuring robust executive reporting and controls.Oversee design management and technical integration, ensuring compliance with budget, schedule, and regulatory requirements.Coordinate cross-functional areas — including change management, sustainability, quality, digital systems, and interface management — to align with delivery priorities.Serve as the PMO representative with government authorities, consultants, contractors, and development partners at the highest level.Proactively identify and mitigate risks, while ensuring timely escalation and resolution of issues.Inspire, mentor, and develop multidisciplinary teams within the PMO. * Deliver executive-level reports, progress updates, and presentations to the PMO Lead and senior stakeholders, ensuring transparency and accountability across all delivery streams.QualificationsQualifications:Experience:20+ years in program/project management.10+ years in senior PMO or delivery leadership roles.Program Expertise:Proven track record in multi-billion-dollar urban transformation programs.Experience with both brownfield redevelopment and new city-scale developments.Professional Background:Experience with one or more of the following:Tier-one PMO or delivery consultanciesInternational developers delivering large-scale city or district transformation projectsCertifications & Education:PMP, PgMP, or equivalent certification required.Degree in engineering, architecture, or construction management preferred.Additional InformationReports to: PMO Lead.
