Job Vacancy – Commercial Estimator

• Review and analyze tender documents, including BOQs, drawings, and technical specifications.
• Collaborate with the engineering department to prepare accurate quantity take-offs.
• Request and evaluate quotations from suppliers and subcontractors.
• Prepare detailed cost estimates and pricing sheets covering all project elements.
• Determine the total project cost including materials, labor, equipment, and overhead.
• Support the commercial team in the preparation of technical and financial tender submissions.
• Provide pricing recommendations and cost analysis to the Contracts Department or Commercial Manager.
• Maintain an up-to-date database of market prices and supplier rates.

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Project Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in project estimation and pricing within a contracting company.
• Strong knowledge of the local market and vendor network.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and quantity take-off tools such as Bluebeam or PlanSwift.
• Strong analytical skills and high attention to detail.
