- Manage the end-to-end deployment of co-location Cell sites, controlling and monitoring all functions within the process i.e., Network Design, Construction and Integration.
- Ensure the delivery is as per the Project Plan whilst also managing the necessary and satisfactory project procedures are followed in order to maintain the quality of work.
- Meet the objectives and priorities for the execution of work in line with the project scope and Client's requirements.
- Monitor project progress and proactively track bottlenecks and related issues to ensure that project schedules and key milestones are satisfactorily met.
- Supervise work results and compare results with guidelines and project plans.
- Ensure that results are compiled, documented and forwarded to Client in required format, quantity and quality, and ensure timely and correct presentation and explanation of results.
- Hold regular project progress review and coordination meetings with key project team members, with Contractors, and other project stakeholders.
- Conduct regular reviews of changing project requirements, organization and resource needs, and provide recommendations for changes accordingly.
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Electronics Engineering from a university or equivalent qualification.
- A minimum of 5 years telecommunication experience with at least 3 years of experience in Delivery of Co-Location Cell Sites
- An extensive knowledge and professional experience should have been obtained within the fields of managing projects, project control, and coordination with the Client and the Contractor.
- Excellent communication skills in both written and spoken English and Arabic language.
- Proficient in preparing PowerPoint presentations.
- PMP (Project Management Professional) certification is a must.
