- 10–15 years of experience in Facilities Management, including at least 5 years in large-scale sports venues or Olympic stadiums.
- Proven track record in MEP operations and maintenance management.
- Experience leading multi-disciplinary teams of technicians, supervisors, and service providers.
- Strong background in managing multi-vendor service contracts.
- Proficiency in CAFM (Computer-Aided Facilities Management) and BMS (Building Management Systems).
- Experience with emergency preparedness, crowd management, and event operations.
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil Engineering, or in Facilities Management.
- Master’s degree in Business Administration (MBA) or Sports Facility Management (preferred).
- Professional certifications such as:
- CFM (Certified Facility Manager) or FMP (Facility Management Professional) – IFMA.
- NEBOSH International General Certificate in Occupational Health and Safety.
- PMP (Project Management Professional).
- Certifications in HVAC / MEP Systems. • ISO 41001 – Facility Management Systems.
- Comprehensive knowledge of stadium infrastructure systems, including:
- Sports lighting, professional audio systems, and video displays.
- Security, CCTV, and access control systems.
- HVAC, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.
- Irrigation and turf maintenance systems.
- Understanding of international sports governing bodies’ requirements (FIFA, IOC, IAAF, etc.).
- Expertise in Preventive Maintenance (PPM) and Corrective Maintenance (CM).
- Skills in energy efficiency, water conservation, and sustainability initiatives. Soft Services Skills
- Managing cleaning, waste management, and pest control services.
- Overseeing hospitality, guest services, and ticketing operations.
- Coordinating with event organizers, promoters, and local authorities.
- Supervising landscaping, green areas, and facility aesthetics.
- Managing parking operations, traffic flow, and public access.
- Organizing first aid, medical services, and emergency response teams.
