This role requires field-based experience, strong attention to detail, and the ability to ensure that work complies with safety standards, project specifications, and quality requirements.Key AccountabilitiesThe position involves:

Inspect and monitor all civil construction and maintenance activities on-site, including sanitary installation works.
Verify that work complies with approved drawings, technical specifications, and safety regulations.
Check the quality of materials and workmanship used on-site.
Coordinate with contractors, engineers, and supervisors to resolve any issues or discrepancies.
Document inspection findings, prepare daily reports, and ensure accurate recordkeeping.
Ensure that all construction activities meet local codes, standards, and client requirements.
Participate in progress meetings and inspections at various project milestones.

Knowledge, Skills, and ExperienceWe are Looking for:

Technical Diploma in Civil Engineering or a related field.
Minimum 5 years of experience in civil construction, maintenance, and sanitary installation works.
Good knowledge of construction techniques, materials, and quality control procedures.
Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications.
Familiarity with safety practices and inspection procedures.
Strong attention to detail, communication, and reporting skills.
Ability to work independently in outdoor construction environments.
