Tazahome is looking for an experienced Delivery Boy to manage timely and efficient deliveries of products/services. The ideal candidate must be fluent in Malayalam and have basic Arabic communication skills to interact with customers. A valid driver’s license and familiarity with local routes are essential.
Key Responsibilities:
Timely Deliveries:Pick up and deliver orders/products to customers as per scheduled timelines.Ensure safe handling of items during transit.Customer Interaction:Communicate with customers in Malayalam and basic Arabic (for confirmation, directions, or issues).Provide polite and professional service.Route Management:Plan efficient delivery routes using GPS/local knowledge.Report delays (traffic, weather) to the logistics team.Documentation & Compliance:Collect payments (if COD), signatures, or delivery confirmations.Maintain logs of daily deliveries and fuel/mileage (if applicable).Vehicle Maintenance:Ensure the delivery vehicle (bike/car) is fueled, clean, and in good condition.Report accidents or mechanical issues immediately.
