- Certified Hairdresser / Cosmetologist
- At least 5+ years experience in a high-end salon, day spa or ship environment
- GCC employment experience
- Thorough understanding of current trends in hair
- Ability to develop rapport with clients, and to understand and help them explain/clarify complex/specific requests.
- Balayage, Colour, Highlights, Colour corrections
- Blow dry - all types of hair
- Retail confident, comfortable with recommendations
- Comfortable with client education and demonstrations
- Confidently re-book clients
- Strong team-dynamic, but able to work on your own without supervision
