- Manage relationships with customer’s IT management and operational personnel responsible for data protection
- Demonstrate the value of a product and/or service technology to advance customer business objectives
- Drive/assist sales process during project negotiations depending on the project type by collaborating with other Dell sales teams
- Assist other Dell teams to understand and position data protection portfolio stand-alone or as a part of a larger portfolio
- As a representative of a business unit, manage market pricing of the products, marketing and online presence of the brand and develop growth and sustainability plan for the territory managed.
- Extensive sales skills in understanding customer needs, tailoring solutions and driving sales process and advanced knowledge of technical products, vendors and families of technologies
- Excellent understanding of product configurations
- Exceptional oral and written communication skills to communicate with customers, support personnel and leadership
- Territory planning and management. End-to-end responsibility
- Experience in Data Protection, Backup and Cyber Security is a plus
- 8 to 12 years of related experience in a relationship selling role
- Bachelor’s degree
