Nationality: Egyptian, Jordanian, Indian, PakistaniKey Duties & Responsibilities
1. Planning & Supervision
Develop operational and strategic plans for the Support Services department.
Oversee support units such as (general services, transportation, maintenance, security, cleaning, indirect procurement – depending on the organization’s structure).
Ensure implementation of relevant policies and procedures.
2. Management & Coordination
Manage teams and assign tasks to ensure efficiency and productivity.
Coordinate with other departments to fulfill their support service needs.
Supervise contracts with service providers (maintenance, security, cleaning, catering, etc.).
3. Resources & Infrastructure
Oversee preventive and corrective maintenance of buildings and facilities.
Ensure readiness of offices, transportation, and equipment.
Supervise safety and security measures across the organization.
4. Monitoring & Quality Control
Monitor service quality and set Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
Address complaints and feedback, ensuring continuous improvement.
Prepare periodic reports for senior management on performance, achievements, and challenges.
5. Budget & Cost Control
Prepare and monitor the Support Services department budget.
Control operating expenses and seek cost-saving opportunities without compromising service quality.
6. Development & Improvement
Develop policies and operational procedures aligned with best practices.
Implement new systems and technologies to improve service efficiency (e.g., facility management systems).
Train and develop staff to enhance skills and performance.
