We are seeking a motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join our team at ALAQTAR. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and meeting customer acquisition targets. You will lead and manage a high-performing sales team, develop strategic sales plans, and collaborate with upper management to justify and execute these plans.Responsibilities:
  • Maximize sales team potential to achieve growth and meet sales targets.
  • Create and implement a strategic business plan to expand our customer base and strengthen our market presence
  • Recruit, set objectives, coach, and monitor the performance of sales representatives
  • Develop strong and lasting customer relationships by understanding their needs and providing exceptional service
  • Present sales, revenue, and expense reports, as well as accurate sales forecasts to the management team
  • Stay informed about market shifts, emerging trends, and competitor activity to identify new opportunities
Requirements
  • BS/MS degree in business administration or a related field
  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in sales, with at least 3 years in a managerial role
  • Proven track record of success as a sales manager, consistently meeting or exceeding targets
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and influencing skills across all levels of an organization.
  • Ability to drive the entire sales process from planning to closure.
  • Strong business acumen and deep knowledge of the industry
  • Outstanding mentoring, coaching, and people management abilities
