The Restaurant Floor Supervisor plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of the restaurant floor, providing exceptional service to guests while managing staff effectively. Train, mentor, and manage restaurant staff to uphold service standards.
Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate food service.
Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally to enhance guest satisfaction.
Monitor inventory levels and assist in ordering supplies as needed.
Implement and enforce health and safety regulations within the restaurant.

Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
