- Advise management and HR on labor law, employment contracts, terminations, and disciplinary procedures.
- Draft, review, and update employment agreements, internal policies, and HR-related documentation.
- Ensure company practices comply with labor regulations and employment standards (e.g., GOSI, Nitaqat, end-of-service rules in Saudi Arabia).
- Represent or support the company in labor disputes, mediation, or regulatory inspections.
- Provide legal input on employee investigations, warnings, and grievances.
- Assist in general legal tasks such as contract drafting, regulatory filings, and legal research.
- Bachelor’s degree in Law or equivalent legal qualification.
- 3-4 years of experience in a legal or compliance role, preferably within the technology or corporate sector.
- Strong knowledge of corporate law, contract law, and regulatory compliance.
- In-depth knowledge of local labor regulations and HR-related compliance requirements.
- Excellent analytical skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills for collaboration with diverse teams.
