Our commitment to anticipate and support our partners' needs has driven our success.From our modest beginnings 75 years ago as a small trading business and then a Toyota distributorship in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia, we have established an extensive operations infrastructure, built the largest vehicle distribution network in Saudi Arabia, and, along the way, we have accumulated comprehensive automotive expertise throughout the region.Applying our vast experience in the automotive sector, we've used our expertise and operations infrastructure to diversify into new sectors that contribute to the 'infrastructure of life' in the MENAT region.Financial Job DimensionsDegree of supervisionGeneral Supervision over daily operational activitiesLevel of AuthorityMedium authority over Finance IT ProjectsPurpose of the JobEnsuring projects, changing requests and business requirements are delivered on time, improving the user experience and takean initiative in system automation, configuration and design business processes in applications.Support business teams in the implementation of projects involving system design, configuration, testing, anddeploying solutions in production, providing go-live support and working closely with functional specialists to deliver, maintain,troubleshoot and enhance applications functionality according to business needsKey Accountabilities: DescriptionOn-time delivery of assigned Change Requests & ProjectsTo configure and implement the project and follow the best practices that will pass through the quality review.Resolve Tickets raised by Associates as per agreed SLAKey Accountabilities: Performance IndicatorsAs per the agreed Timeline.As per the agreed Timeline.As per the agreed SLA with businessMajor ActivitiesMaking sure the Hoshin project and CR and other agreed objects are delivered on time within project management parametersEnsure that the solution fits holistically in the overall Enterprise Architecture design and does not violate architectural principlestransformation programs to address business opportunities & initiating and attending the requirement gathering meeting and providing a high degree of solutionInvolve in projects, right from preparing RFP, PoCs, Vendor evaluation, and preparing the business case for automation & managing vendorsDevelop Blueprints, Perform Gap Analysis, Configuration & Development, Develop and manage the testing cycle right from the building of test scripts and perform the Unit test, integration test, stress testing and UATs, Deployment and post-production supportExtensively involved in project Scoping, planning and Deployment Strategy And making sure that the team is adhering to the project planResponsible for reviewing the SAP and other ERP Reports and accommodating the required changes accordingly & Financial Audit activity from an IT perspectiveattend the Architectural review board meetings and present the solutions, systematic approach to the problems and quick adaptability to new technologiesJob ContextThe job has a direct impact over ensuring following -
