Guests and residents can also take part in an array of guided hikes, mountain biking, and equestrian bridle trails, or work on their game at the spectacular 27-hole oceanfront golf course.What You Will DoOversee pre-opening setup of all recreation facilities including beach, pools, fitness center, and indoor/outdoor activity spaces.Develop standard operating procedures, safety protocols, and service standards for all recreation services.Recruit, onboard, and train the recreation team to deliver world-class service with a personalized and engaging approach.Manage the day-to-day operations of all recreational areas, ensuring cleanliness, safety, and guest satisfaction.Create and implement a dynamic schedule of wellness, fitness, and recreational activities tailored to diverse guest profiles.Collaborate with Spa, Residences, Guest Experience, and Events teams to deliver integrated guest programming.Maintain close relationships with guests, handling special requests and preferences with a high level of service and discretion.Monitor usage of facilities and programs to optimize staffing, scheduling, and resource allocation.Ensure the safety and security of all guests and staff by enforcing policies and maintaining readiness for emergency response.Maintain equipment and facilities in excellent condition through regular inspections, inventory control, and vendor coordination.Track departmental performance metrics, guest feedback, and implement strategies for continuous improvement.Promote sustainability, wellness, and cultural authenticity through activities and service delivery.What You BringPrevious experience in a leadership role in recreation or leisure within a luxury resort or hospitality environment.Strong operational knowledge of beach, pool, fitness, and recreational programming.Excellent leadership, guest engagement, and communication skills.Lifeguard certification, First Aid/CPR certification, or related safety training (preferred).Creativity in developing tailored guest experiences and activity offerings.Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.Pre-opening and team development experience is a plus.Suitable candidates must be eligible to work in Saudi Arabia.
