We are hiring a detail-oriented Spare Parts Coordinator to join our operations team. The ideal candidate will manage daily spare parts operations, ensuring efficient inventory control, timely dispatch, and coordination with suppliers and technicians.Key Responsibilities:
Receive and dispatch spare parts from/to suppliers and technicians.
Track, store, and log spare parts in secure bin locations.
Process defective part returns and raise DOA claims.
Maintain accurate stock records and part conditions.Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree.
Minimum 2 years of relevant experience.
Strong Microsoft Excel skills (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables).
Familiarity with ERP systems (SAP / Oracle).
Fluent in English (Arabic is a plus).
Strong organizational and communication skills.Salary Package:
Basic Salary: SAR 2,650
Housing Allowance: SAR 662.5
Transportation Allowance: SAR 265Total: SAR 3,577.5 / monthWorking Hours:
9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
6 days/week (1 day off)Benefits:
Medical insurance (employee only)
Fixed salary payment on the 25th of each month
Annual bonus (based on performance)
