MEP Procurement Engineer

• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical or electrical engineering.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in HVAC systems, firefighting, plumbing, and mechanical, electrical project execution.
• Preparing purchase orders, subcontractor agreement and notices to the stakeholders.
• Skillfully negotiate terms and conditions with suppliers, encompassing price, payment terms, and delivery schedules, to secure favorable agreements.
• Expertise in tender documentation, cost breakdowns.
• Provide regular reports and updates on procurement activities, performance metrics, and cost savings initiatives to senior management.
