- Development & Implementation of Procurement Strategies.
- Source and procure materials, equipment, and services required for projects and operations.
- Selecting suppliers & negotiating prices, delivery terms & methods.
- Prepare and issue purchase orders, RFQs, and procurement contracts.
- Conduct supplier evaluations to ensure reliability, quality, and compliance.
- Monitor and manage procurement budgets, ensuring cost-effectiveness.
- Ensure that all purchases meet the required quality standards and specifications.
- Maintain accurate procurement records, including purchase orders, invoices, and contracts.
- Identify new suppliers and assess their potential to meet organizational needs.
- Prepare procurement reports, including cost analyses and supplier performance metrics.
- Provide regular updates to management on procurement activities and challenges.
- Proper handling & transportation for the purchased products to company site/stores
- Work closely with the legal department to ensure contract terms are favorable
