Your primary responsibility will be to establish and maintain strong customer relationships, understand their needs, and provide tailored chemical solutions while ensuring customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities:
1. Client Relationship Management:
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
  • Understand clients' chemical needs and requirements, offering customized solutions.
  • Provide excellent customer service, ensuring client satisfaction and loyalty.
2. Sales and Revenue Generation:
  • Identify new business opportunities and potential clients within the Saudi Arabian market.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and revenue goals.
  • Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations and proposals.
  • Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements with customers.
3. Product Knowledge and Technical Expertise:
  • Stay updated on the latest industry trends, product developments, and competitive offerings.
  • Provide technical assistance and support to clients, addressing their questions and concerns effectively.
  • Collaborate with the technical team to ensure a deep understanding of our product portfolio.
4. Market Research and Analysis:
  • Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, customer preferences, and competitive intelligence.
  • Analyze market data and feedback to adjust sales strategies and product offerings accordingly.
5. Reporting and Documentation:
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, customer interactions, and market research.
  • Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management review.
6. Compliance and Safety:
  • Adhere to all company policies, safety procedures, and industry regulations.
  • Ensure that customers are educated about safe handling and usage of our chemical products.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, or a related field.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Willingness to travel within Saudi Arabia for client visits as needed.
