With over 33 years of experience, have built a strong reputation for delivering high-quality printed materials to serve both the corporate sector and individual clients.Location: Riyadh, Saudi ArabiaWe are seeking a Production Supervisor to oversee and manage the daily operations of our offset printing facility. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in production management and a solid understanding of offset printing processes. This role requires hands-on leadership, attention to detail, and the ability to manage workflow and staff in a fast-paced printing environment.Key Accountabilities

Supervise and coordinate all offset printing production activities to meet quality and delivery standards.
Monitor workflow and allocate tasks to ensure efficient use of manpower and machinery.
Ensure all production targets and deadlines are met.
Troubleshoot issues with printing equipment and materials.
Collaborate with the maintenance and quality control teams to maintain high production standards.
Maintain proper documentation for production output, downtime, and quality control.
Enforce company policies, safety standards, and operational procedures.
Train and guide production staff to optimize performance and productivity.
Leading the operators team.

Knowledge, Skills, and ExperienceWe are looking for:

Minimum 5 years of overall production experience, with at least 2–3 years in offset printing supervision.
Strong knowledge of offset printing machines, materials, and workflows.
Proven ability to lead teams and meet production goals under tight deadlines.
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
Strong organizational and communication abilities.
Familiarity with quality assurance and health & safety protocols.
