Davidson Management Consultants have been mandated to recruit a Chief Executive Officer (CEO) for their client in Riyadh which is a large healthcare group that owns and operates multiple hospitals and medical centers.We are looking for western trained, native Arabic speaking, preferably a Saudi National with 22 to 25 years of experience within large healthcare settings and at least 5 to 8 years as a CEO in the current role, within a large healthcare group in Saudi Arabia. The CEO would be responsible for ensuring alignment of the hospital system goals and objectives. Continued development of Organizational Excellence through ensuring culture is supportive of all process improvement and streamlined workflow to ensure patient flow with a goal-oriented focus. Implement ethics and compliance program throughout the organization. Ensure that policies are uniformly understood and consistently interpreted and administered. Maintain accreditation and licensure standards. Collaborate with system peers including shaping system-wide initiatives to reduce redundancies and duplication of services, capital, personnel. Formulate and execute a regional growth strategy for both in-patient and out-patient services.Capitalize on sharing high performing resources across the system to promote high performance and system-wide consistency. Establish effective and collaborative relationships to foster growth plans. Set clear direction with leaders, managers and establish a culture of accountability. Develop and maintain effective and collaborative relationships with the medical staff and ensure ability to meet the health needs of the community. Ensure that operational and financial reports are prepared as required in regularly scheduled meetings and committees Ensure best practice, evidence-based approaches to consistently deliver exceptional, well-coordinated and integrated care that delivers high level outcomes and patient satisfaction.Develop short and long-range management and organization plans to define responsibilities and business activities consistent with facility goals and objectives.Collaborate and build community relationships and business. Responsible for the facility's quality improvement and organizational effectiveness programs. Place a high priority on effective identification and selection processes for the hiring of talent across the organization. Build and maintain a high performing leadership environment. Operate as a visible leader in the facility, the system, and community.Salary : SAR 110,000 per month plus family benefits and bonus (Salary mentioned in the advertisement is an indicative figure.
