Opposite the Ministry of Interior, and steps away from other government offices.Key Responsibilities

Provide day-to-day IT support to all hotel departments, ensuring smooth and efficient operation of IT systems.
Install, configure, and maintain hardware, software, network systems, and servers in compliance with IHG brand standards.
Monitor and maintain hotel network security, firewalls, backups, and antivirus systems.
Respond promptly to IT service requests and troubleshoot issues to minimize downtime.
Manage and support hotel-specific systems including PMS, POS, back-office, and telephone systems.
Coordinate with IHG corporate IT and vendors for system upgrades, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
Maintain an updated inventory of all IT equipment and software licenses.
Ensure data backup processes are in place and regularly tested.
Train hotel team members on proper use of IT systems and cybersecurity best practices.
Maintain compliance with IHG IT policies, GDPR, and local data protection laws.
Provide technical support for events, conferences, and guest internet access.

Key Requirements

Bachelor's degree or diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
Minimum 2-3 years of IT support experience, preferably in the hospitality industry.
Strong knowledge of networking (LAN/WAN/Wi-Fi), Windows Server, and Office 365.
Experience with hotel systems (Opera PMS, Micros POS, Sun Systems, etc.) is an advantage.
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills with a customer-focused approach.
Ability to work flexible hours and respond to urgent issues on call.
Team player with the ability to work independently under minimal supervision.
