- 1. Business Leadership & Strategy
- Develop and execute the company’s short- and long-term strategic goals in line with market trends and company vision.
- Identify new business opportunities, partnerships, and growth areas.
- Manage annual budgets, forecasts, and business plans.
- 2. Operations Management
- Oversee day-to-day operations across departments (sales, marketing, project development, finance, and admin).
- Streamline internal processes to increase efficiency and performance.
- 3. Team Leadership
- Lead and develop a small, high-performing team with a strong culture of accountability and collaboration.
- Set performance goals, conduct evaluations, and support professional development.
- 4. Sales, Marketing & Client Relations
- Supervise sales strategies, pricing, and customer relationship management.
- Represent the company in negotiations, client meetings, and industry events.
- Maintain strong relationships with investors, clients, vendors, and government entities.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, Engineering, or a related field (MBA is a plus).
- Minimum 7–10 years of experience in real estate, with at least 3 years in a senior leadership or general management role.
- Strong understanding of the local real estate market and development process.
- Excellent leadership, negotiation, and decision-making skills.
- Ability to manage multiple functions and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluent in Arabic and English.
