Job Description:Qiddiya Investment Company is seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Manager - Operational Readiness to join our team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring that our projects and venues are fully operational and ready for successful launches. You will be responsible for devising operational strategies, conducting assessments, and ensuring that our teams are adequately prepared to deliver exceptional experiences to our guests.Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the creation and implementation of operational readiness plans for new projects, aligning with Qiddiya's strategic vision.
  • Collaborate closely with various departments to ensure that all operational prerequisites are addressed effectively prior to project rollout.
  • Conduct thorough assessments of operational readiness to identify gaps, risks, and opportunities for enhancement.
  • Develop and oversee training programs to ensure staff are equipped with the skills and knowledge necessary for outstanding performance.
  • Establish and track performance metrics to evaluate operational readiness and efficiency before the launch of services and facilities.
  • Proactively manage risks by identifying potential operational challenges and implementing appropriate mitigation strategies.
  • Focus on delivering an unparalleled guest experience, ensuring all operations support this objective.
Requirements:· A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field; a master's degree is an advantage.· At least 5 years of experience in operational management or readiness, ideally within the entertainment, hospitality, or large-scale project sectors.· Demonstrated success in developing and executing operational plans that enhance service delivery.· Strong project management skills with experience in leading multi-disciplinary initiatives.· Exceptional analytical and decision-making abilities built on a foundation of data analysis.· Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with a variety of stakeholders.· Proven experience leading training initiatives to promote operational excellence.· Highly organized, capable of managing multiple projects and priorities efficiently.· Knowledge of the local cultural and regulatory context in Saudi Arabia is preferred.Benefits:Comprehensive benefits package
