- 10+ years of experience in residential/commercial real estate projects.
- Strong leadership and team coordination skills.
- Experience I overseeing residential and commercial real estate projects to ensure on-time, high-quality delivery.
- Proficient in utilizing project management tools e.g. Primavera or MS Project.
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Architectural Engineering.
- PMP certification preferred.
- Experience in Saudi Arabia’s real estate sector is an advantage.
