As a Chef de Partie, you will take ownership of a specific section of the kitchen, delivering excellence in every plate and inspiring your team to maintain the world-class standards Four Seasons is known for. Whether you are perfecting pastries in Pastry, handcrafting breads in Bakery, creating premium cuts in Butchery, orchestrating service for In-Room Dining, or delivering vibrant flavors in All Day Dining, Specialty Bar & Restaurant, or the Lobby Lounge, your role will be essential to creating unforgettable guest experiences.What You Will Do
- Manage daily operations of your assigned section, ensuring consistency, quality, and presentation.
- Supervise and train commis chefs and prep cooks, fostering teamwork and professional growth.
- Maintain mise en place readiness for service and special events.
- Uphold hygiene, safety, and sanitation standards in compliance with HACCP guidelines.
- Monitor stock levels, order supplies, and minimize wastage.
- Collaborate with other sections to ensure smooth and efficient service.
- Assist in creating and testing new menu items.
- Handle guest requests or special dietary needs with precision and care.
- Minimum 2–3 years of culinary experience in a luxury hotel, resort, or fine dining environment, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role.
- Expertise in your chosen department (Pastry, Bakery, Butchery, or Hot Kitchen) and solid understanding of cooking techniques.
- Strong leadership, organization, and communication skills.
- Passion for quality, creativity, and guest satisfaction.
- Ability to work in a high-pressure, multicultural kitchen environment.
- Food Safety and HACCP certification preferred.
- Flexibility to work rotating shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
- Fluency in English is required.
- Candidates must be eligible to work in Saudi Arabia.
