We are looking for a skilled Maintenance Supervisor to join our team in Riyadh. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of machinery and equipment through effective maintenance management.Key Responsibilities:
Manage and oversee the maintenance of machinery and equipment.
Develop and implement maintenance schedules and procedures.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards.
Troubleshoot and resolve maintenance issues promptly.
Supervise and train maintenance staff to enhance their skills and efficiency.Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Maintenance Supervisor or in a similar role.
In-depth knowledge of maintenance procedures and equipment.
Strong technical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent organizational and leadership abilities.
