Leverage your abilities and join the dynamic team of a Holding Saudi Company specializing in the Real Estate industry in Saudi Arabia, Riyadh.As a Planning Engineer you will be responsible for developing, monitoring, and controling project schedules, ensuring timely and cost-effective completion of construction and development projects. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in project planning, scheduling, and progress reporting for large-scale projects, including towers, high-rise buildings, and commercial complexes.Key Accountabilities:

Develop baseline project schedules in coordination with project teams.
Monitor project progress and prepare periodic updates and forecasts.
Coordinate with Technical Office, Procurement, and Site teams to ensure alignment with timelines.
Follow up on contracts, contractors, and subcontractors to ensure deliverables are met according to agreed schedules.
Integrate contract milestones and obligations into project timelines for effective tracking.
Prepare progress reports for management and stakeholders.
Monitor resource allocation and productivity to ensure efficiency.
Support cost control by integrating budget data with schedules.
Ensure compliance with project specifications, contractual requirements, and client expectations.

Knowledge, Skills, and Experience:

Bachelor’s degree in Civil, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering.
4–8 years of experience as a Planning Engineer in construction or real estate development.
Proficiency in Primavera P6 and MS Project.
Proficiency in preparing dashboards.
Strong knowledge of project planning principles, cost control, and resource management.
Familiarity with Saudi building codes and GCC project standards is preferred.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects.
