o Minimum of a Primary Education Diploma
o Relevant vocational training or certification (e.g., ASE Certification, I-CAR, or equivalent) or Associate Degree in Automotive Technology, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field from an accredited institution is desirable
2. Certifications:
o Certification in automotive repair preferred.
Experience
1. Work Experience:
o 3–5 years of hands-on experience in automotive repair and maintenance, including diagnosing and fixing mechanical, electrical, and electronic vehicle systems.
o At least 1–2 years of experience assisting with workshop operations (e.g., customer service, managing tools, inventory, or workflow).
o Prior experience training or mentoring others (e.g., apprentices, junior technicians, or vehicle owners) in repair and maintenance techniques is preferred.
2. Industry Knowledge:
o Familiarity with a wide range of vehicle makes and models.
