- Promote and sell insurance products to existing and prospective clients.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
- Attend regular meetings and implement agreed-upon sales strategies.
- Participate in company-approved training programs to enhance product knowledge and sales techniques.
- Address customer inquiries, handle complaints professionally, and ensure timely resolution.
- Achieve and exceed personal annual sales targets.
- Prepare and submit accurate and timely sales reports.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, Insurance Authority regulations, and the Council of Health Insurance guidelines.
- Present insurance products clearly and effectively to clients.
- Perform other duties related to the role as assigned.
- Proven experience in insurance sales or a related field.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Customer-focused with excellent problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets.
- Knowledge of insurance industry regulations is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred.
