With a collective strength of 10 brands, we have more than 200 million monthly users that trust in our dedication to providing them with the best platform for their needs.The Mechanical Engineer oversees mechanical engineering activities including HVAC, plumbing, firefighting, and infrastructure systems to ensure technical accuracy, compliance, and efficient executionKEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Review mechanical designs and technical specifications.
Coordinate HVAC, plumbing, firefighting, and infrastructure systems.
Liaise with consultants and authorities for approvals.
Review shop drawings and material submittals.
Monitor contractor invoices, claims, and variation orders.
Supervise installation, testing, and commissioning activities.
Assist in managing project budgets and contractor performance.
Ensure compliance with SBC and safety regulations.
Support value engineering initiatives.

RequirementsQualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering.
Professional certification (Saudi Council of Engineers).

Experience

6–10 years of experience in real estate development projects.
Experience in commercial, residential, and villa projects preferred.

Knowledge

Strong knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, and firefighting systems.
Familiarity with Saudi Building Code (SBC) and safety standards.
Understanding of building services coordination and cost control.

Skills

Strong technical coordination and drawing review skills.
Ability to analyze mechanical system performance.
Good project coordination and stakeholder communication skills.
Problem-solving and analytical thinking.
