The ideal candidate will possess deep technical expertise, multidisciplinary coordination skills, and the ability to provide consultancy-level insight across all phases of construction.✅ Key Qualifications
Minimum 15 years of hands-on experience in constructing mid-rise apartment buildings (approximately 7 stories)Bachelor’s degree or higher in architecture and possession of a valid Architectural Engineer license or certificationProven ability to perform consulting and advisory services in the construction sectorDemonstrated leadership in managing architectural, mechanical, and electrical scopesWillingness and eligibility to relocate and work in Riyadh???? Oversee full-cycle construction management for mid-rise residential projectsCoordinate and supervise architectural, MEP (mechanical, electrical, plumbing) teamsProvide technical advisory and consultancy support to stakeholdersEnsure compliance with local regulations, safety standards, and project specifications????
