- Lead day-to-day operations of SharePoint On-Premises environments (2013/2016/2019).
- Lead and management Web Application defined on .Net / MWC based applications
- Leading the team of SharePoint and Web Applications Lead
- Managing Intranet Sites and External Sites hosted on SharePoint
- Managing the Custom Web Applications implemented on .Net / Angular JS
- Co-ordinating with L3 and L4 Teams for escalated tickets
- Performing Deployments and participating in Change Management activities
- Handling Critical Incidents / Business Requests to support in timely manner.
- Performing patching, upgrades, and health monitoring of SharePoint farms.
- Perform root cause analysis and resolution for incidents and recurring issues.
- Coordinate with infra, database, and network teams for platform-level support.
- Know about standard ITSM processes from Level 2 perspective
- Manage Incidents, Service Requests, Problems, and Changes in alignment with ITIL framework.
- Ensure SLA compliance, ticket resolution quality, and customer satisfaction.
- Prepare RCA reports, weekly dashboards, and compliance documentation.
- Act as escalation point for L2/L3 technical and process-related issues.
- Responsible for reporting of tickets / issues for respective domains
- Interface with business users and IT stakeholders to capture requirements and report progress.
- Conduct regular service reviews and contribute to continuous improvement plans.
- Manage expectations and drive resolutions under high-pressure environments.
- Maintain detailed knowledge base, SOPs, and configuration documentation.
- Train and mentor junior team members on operational processes and SharePoint best practices.
- 10+ years of experience in SharePoint On-Premises administration & support.
- Strong knowledge of SharePoint Central Admin, PowerShell, IIS, SQL Server.
- Hands-on with site collection management, service applications, and content database optimization.
- Experience working in or with Middle Eastern clients or organizations.
- Working in Banking, Finance will be an added advantage
- Fluent in Arabic and English Language
- Familiar with Active Directory, DNS, SSL certificates, and related integrations.
- Deep understanding of ITSM tools (ServiceNow, BMC Remedy, etc.) and processes.
- Excellent communication, client interaction, and documentation skills.
- ITIL Foundation Certification is a plus.
- Exposure to enterprise-grade environments and digital transformation initiatives.
- Collaborative work culture that values continuous learning and ownership.
- Arabic language proficiency (basic or conversational) is advantageous.
- Familiarity with hybrid (SharePoint On-Prem + Online) deployments is a plus.
