**Job Type:** Full-Time**Position: Substation Civil Supervisor**We are currently seeking a **Substation Civil Supervisor** to join our team for upcoming electrical infrastructure projects. The role is specifically related to **civil construction activities at substations**, including foundation works, cable trenches, duct banks, equipment pedestals, and control room structures.---**Key Responsibilities:**

Supervise all civil construction work at substation sites.
Ensure site activities comply with project specifications, drawings, and safety regulations.
Coordinate with engineers, safety officers, and subcontractors to ensure smooth execution.
Manage workforce, daily site activities, and progress tracking.
Prepare daily reports and communicate site needs to project management.

**Requirements:**

Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering (or equivalent).
Minimum 5 years of experience in **civil works related to substations**.
Strong understanding of structural drawings and substation layout plans.
Familiar with safety procedures and quality control at project sites.
Good communication and leadership skills.

- **Preferred:**

Experience working with utility projects in Saudi Arabia.
Knowledge of SEC (Saudi Electricity Company) standards is a plus.
Valid Saudi driving license preferred.
