- Develop and execute the company's digital marketing strategy aligned with overall business and marketing goals.
- Identify and recommend digital channels, tools, and trends relevant to the real estate industry.
- Plan, monitor, and optimize performance marketing campaigns (paid social, display, SEM, and remarketing).
- Create and lead a comprehensive social media strategy for corporate and project-level accounts.
- Manage social media calendars and ensure timely, engaging, and on-brand content across platforms (Instagram, X, LinkedIn, Snapchat, YouTube, TikTok, etc.).
- Oversee content creation, visual direction, and community engagement with Corporate Communication team.
- Track social media performance metrics and report insights regularly.
- Oversee the company website(s), ensuring content accuracy, UX optimization, SEO, and timely updates.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders and developers to update project launches, news, media content, and investor information.
- Track and report on website analytics and propose enhancements for the lead generation.
- Work closely with the creative and copywriting teams to ensure brand-aligned messaging across all digital content.
- Review content for social media, blog articles, newsletters, landing pages, and digital ads and get approvals.
- Ensure brand consistency and tone of voice across all platforms.
- Set KPIs and performance benchmarks for all digital channels.
- Provide monthly digital performance reports and insights for continuous optimization.
- Monitor competitor activities and trends in the digital landscape.
- Brief, manage, and evaluate digital agencies and freelancers for social media, media buying, SEM, and sponsored content.
- Coordinate media booking, sponsorships, paid ads, and influencer collaborations.
- Ensure timely execution, deliverables, and budget compliance across agency partners.
- Collaborate with creative design, sales, business development, and CCD teams to align digital efforts with offline activities and campaigns.
- Support the launch of new projects through tailored digital campaigns and localized media plans.
- Assist in organizing digital support for events, exhibitions, and activations.
