- Identify, map, and analyze stakeholder groups to understand their interests, concerns, and influence levels on organizational initiatives
- Develop and implement comprehensive stakeholder engagement strategies tailored to different audience segments and communication preferences
- Facilitate regular communication and meetings with stakeholders to provide updates, gather feedback, and address concerns in a timely manner
- Build and maintain strong, professional relationships with internal and external stakeholders at all organizational levels
- Coordinate stakeholder input during project planning, implementation, and evaluation phases to ensure alignment with organizational goals
- Prepare detailed stakeholder reports, documentation, and communication materials that clearly convey project status, outcomes, and recommendations
- Manage stakeholder expectations by establishing clear timelines, deliverables, and communication protocols
- Identify and mitigate potential stakeholder conflicts or resistance through proactive negotiation and conflict resolution techniques
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure stakeholder perspectives are integrated into decision-making processes
- Monitor stakeholder satisfaction and engagement metrics, analyzing data to continuously improve engagement strategies
- Support change management initiatives by preparing stakeholders for organizational transitions and ensuring buy-in across all levels
- 8 years of professional experience in stakeholder management, project management, business development, or related roles
- Demonstrated expertise in stakeholder engagement, relationship management, and communication strategies
- Strong negotiation and conflict resolution skills with the ability to manage competing interests professionally
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; proficiency in Arabic is preferred
- Proficiency with project management software, CRM systems, and Microsoft Office Suite
- Proven ability to analyze complex organizational dynamics and develop strategic engagement approaches
- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple stakeholder relationships simultaneously
- Experience with data analysis and reporting to track stakeholder engagement metrics and outcomes
- Knowledge of change management principles and experience supporting organizational transitions
- Ability to work collaboratively across departments and adapt communication style to diverse audiences
- Cultural awareness and understanding of business practices relevant to the Saudi Arabian market
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate stakeholder records and documentation
