The ideal candidate will be responsible for producing high-quality desserts, developing new recipes, and maintaining the highest standards of hygiene and presentation.Key Responsibilities:Prepare and present a variety of pastries, desserts, and baked goodsDevelop new dessert recipes aligned with seasonal trends and guest preferencesEnsure cleanliness, hygiene, and food safety standards are strictly followedCollaborate with the culinary team for smooth kitchen operationsMonitor inventory and ensure the freshness of all pastry ingredientsTrain and supervise junior pastry team members when requiredQualificationsProven experience as a Pastry Chef or in a similar roleStrong knowledge of baking techniques and dessert preparationCreativity and attention to detail in presentationGood understanding of food safety and hygiene standardsAbility to lead and train junior staffFlexibility at workAdditional InformationYour team and working environment:
