Services Facilitator II - Guest Services

• Lead and continuously enhance beverage quality and service standards across all Qiddiya office cafeterias to support high employee satisfaction.
• Standardize and expand beverage offerings across all locations, including specialty drinks.
• Develop, implement, and manage a structured barista training program across all sites, ensuring all baristas are enrolled and training records are accurately maintained.
• Provide hands-on coaching and ongoing performance support to baristas to improve technical skills, consistency, and service excellence.
• Maintain an up-to-date hospitality assets register, ensuring proper documentation, preventive maintenance tracking, and machine functionality.
• Coordinate with food and beverage service providers at site offices to ensure commercial F&B services meet agreed quality and operational standards.

• High School diploma or equivalent; relevant culinary or hospitality certification is a plus.
• Minimum of 3 years' experience as a Barista Supervisor or in a frontline supervisory role.
• Strong multitasking abilities in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
• Fluency in both Arabic and English is preferred.
• Positive attitude and commitment to providing outstanding guest service.
