- Manage the daily functioning of all coffee outlets to guarantee seamless and efficient operation
- Uphold excellent standards in coffee quality, customer service, and cleanliness
- Ensure all locations follow SOPs, brand guidelines, and health & safety requirements
- Track workflow efficiency and introduce improvements where needed
- Maintain consistency in coffee preparation methods (espresso, manual brewing, specialty beverages)
- Ensure coffee equipment is properly calibrated and brewing standards are met
- Collaborate closely with Store Managers, Head Baristas, and Coffee Trainers on quality assessments
- Oversee proper sourcing, storage, and handling of coffee beans
- Guide, mentor, and develop store managers and baristas
- Conduct consistent training sessions focused on specialty coffee standards and customer service excellence
- Monitor employee performance and apply plans for improvement as necessary
- Foster a cohesive team culture that aligns with brand values
- Oversee P&L performance for all outlets
- Manage labor costs, minimize waste, and control operational expenditures
- Analyze sales data and develop strategies to boost revenue
- Ensure accurate inventory management and reduce stock losses
- Guarantee a superior customer experience that reflects specialty coffee culture
- Address customer feedback and resolve complaints in a professional manner
- Implement initiatives aimed at enhancing customer satisfaction and loyalty
- Supervise ordering, inventory control, and supplier relationships
- Ensure the consistent availability of coffee beans, milk, and essential operational supplies
- Coordinate with central kitchen or roastery as applicable
- Ensure all operations comply with local laws, food safety, and hygiene standards
- Conduct routine audits at all branches
- Maintain comprehensive documentation and operational records
- Support plans for business expansion such as new store launches and concept innovations
- Identify opportunities for improving operational efficiency and profitability
- Collaborate with marketing to deploy promotions and seasonal campaigns
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality, Food Science, or a related field.
- A minimum of 4–8 years’ experience in food and beverage operations, specifically in specialty coffee
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- In-depth knowledge of coffee production processes and quality control.
- Strong knowledge of specialty coffee standards and brewing techniques
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to analyze data and implement operational improvements.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience managing multi-unit operations
