You will facilitate effective communication with stakeholders, coordinate GRC initiatives, and ensure that project outcomes align with compliance and risk management objectives.Responsibilities

Develop PMO governance framework

Develop an organizational model for the cybersecurity PMO, outlining key roles and responsibilities

Develop standardized project lifecycle processes, workflows, and templates

Define KPIs, reporting, escalation paths

Integrate security and compliance into project lifecycle

Deliver governance dashboards

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Information Security, Project Management, or a related field.
5+ years of experience in governance, risk management, compliance, and project management.
Proven experience in managing compliance-related projects within a PMO environment.
Familiarity with cybersecurity frameworks and regulatory requirements, such as ISO 27001, NIST, and PCI DSS.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
Relevant certifications such as PMP, CISA, CRISC, PRINCE2, COBIT or similar are highly desirable.
