Budget - SAR total 4500-6500 per monthIdentify, evaluate, and qualify suppliers and manufacturers based on technical capabilities, quality, and compliance.Prepare and issue Requests for Quotation (RFQs), evaluate bids, and perform technical bid evaluations (TBE).Negotiate with vendors to ensure competitive pricing, quality, and timely delivery.Ensure purchased items and services meet project specifications and standards.Coordinate with engineering, quality, and project teams to resolve any technical issues related to procurement.Monitor vendor performance and adherence to contractual obligations, timelines, and specifications.Maintain procurement records, including vendor documents, technical evaluations, and correspondence.Support procurement planning and forecasting activities for projects.
