- Act as a strategic partner to senior leadership, providing HR guidance and support on all people-related matters.
- Develop and implement HR strategies that support organizational goals and enhance business performance.
- Manage employee relations, fostering a positive workplace culture and resolving conflicts in a timely manner.
- Lead talent management initiatives, including succession planning, performance management, and development programs.
- Analyze HR metrics and data to identify trends and areas for improvement, making data-driven decisions to enhance workforce effectiveness.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations, as well as adherence to internal policies and procedures.
- Facilitate training and development programs to enhance employee skills and capabilities.
- Drive change management initiatives to support organizational growth and transformation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support global HR initiatives and best practices.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree or professional HR certification preferred.
- Minimum of 8-10 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 3-5 years in a business partner role.
- Strong knowledge of HR best practices, employment law, and organizational development.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization.
- Demonstrated ability to influence and drive change in a complex, fast-paced environment.
- Analytical mindset with a strong ability to interpret HR metrics and data.
- Proficiency in HR systems and tools, and experience with HR analytics.
