Dear AllWe are seeking an experienced and certified QA/QC Manager to lead the quality assurance and quality control activities for a Saudi Aramco LSTK project involving the relocation of multiple water wells.The role involves establishing and enforcing quality plans, ensuring strict compliance with Saudi Aramco standards, and overseeing the inspection, testing, and documentation related to the installation and commissioning of submersible pumps, piping systems, electrical components, and instrumentation & controls. The ideal candidate will ensure that all quality objectives are met from procurement through to mechanical completion and final handover.Key Responsibilities:

Develop, implement, and maintain the Project Quality Plan, Inspection & Test Plans (ITPs), and procedures in line with Saudi Aramco requirements (SAEPs, SAICs, SATIPs, SAMSS, SAES).
Lead and supervise a team of QA/QC engineers and inspectors across disciplines (civil, mechanical, electrical, instrumentation).
Review and approve quality-related documents from subcontractors, vendors, and internal engineering/construction teams.
Ensure all materials, equipment, and installation works comply with Aramco project specifications, drawings, and codes (API, ASTM, IEC, NEMA, etc.).
Plan and coordinate incoming inspections, fabrication inspections, site inspections, NDT, FATs, SATs, and other quality activities.
Ensure timely inspection requests, reporting, and closure of NCRs, CARs, punch lists, and client comments.
Coordinate with Aramco Inspection Department (PID/PMT/PMC) and third-party inspection agencies for hold-point and witness inspections.
Monitor project compliance with the approved Inspection and Test Plan (ITP) at each construction and installation stage.
Manage the preparation and compilation of QA/QC dossiers, final handover packages, and as-built documentation.
Support internal and external audits, including Aramco quality audits.
Ensure construction team adheres to the approved procedures and work methods.
Promote and implement Quality Culture across the project team.

Qualifications and Experience:

Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Instrumentation, or related discipline).
ISO 9001:2015 Lead Auditor Certification (mandatory).
Minimum 15 years of experience in QA/QC roles in oil & gas EPC or LSTK projects, with at least 5 years in a QA/QC managerial role on Saudi Aramco projects.
In-depth knowledge of:

o Saudi Aramco standards, specifications, and approval processes
o QA/QC procedures for mechanical, piping, electrical, I&C, and civil works
o Submersible pump systems and remote wellsite facilities

Hands-on experience with construction QA/QC tools and documentation systems.

Preferred Skills:

Aramco-approved QA/QC Manager (or eligible for fast-track approval).
Strong leadership and team coordination skills across multi-discipline functions.
Excellent problem-solving, inspection management, and quality reporting skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, inspection management systems, and digital QA/QC tools.
Fluent in English (Arabic is a plus).
