Sealy Mattress Middle East, a prominent operation licensee of Sealy Inc. in Saudi Arabia and the broader MENA region, is on the lookout for a dynamic Sales Manager to join our team. With a rich history dating back to 1990 as a trusted importer of Sealy, Crown Jewels, and Stearns & Foster products, our family-owned company established a state-of-the-art production facility in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia, in 1999. We take pride in being a significant player within Sealy's global product offerings, contributing to the evolution of the bedding industry through cutting-edge technology, innovative products, and exceptional customer service. The selected Sales Manager will be instrumental in driving sales growth, navigating a competitive landscape, and enhancing our market presence while helping to foster a collaborative and high-performance sales culture in our ongoing pursuit of excellence. This is a unique opportunity for an individual with a passion for consumer goods and a robust track record in sales management to make a profound impact in a leading company dedicated to quality and innovation.Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue goals.
  • Identify new market opportunities and drive business growth across the MENA region.
  • Manage and supervise the sales team, providing guidance and support to meet individual and team targets.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with key accounts and distributors in the region.
  • Conduct market research and analyze trends to inform sales strategies and product offerings.
  • Monitor sales performance using key metrics and adjust strategies as needed to maximize efficiency.
  • Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to align sales initiatives with company goals.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a Master's Degree, preferably.
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in sales management, preferably in the consumer goods industry.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a sales team.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills to facilitate effective relationships with clients and partners.
  • Familiarity with market research and sales analysis techniques.
  • Ability to work collaboratively across departments and with various stakeholders.
  • 30 to 40 years old.
  • Saudi national.
