- Perform routine maintenance tasks (e.g., replacing bulbs, minor plumbing, equipment repairs).
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests.
- Coordinate with external vendors for complex maintenance and repair needs.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and completed tasks.
- Follow safety protocols and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
- Assist with any additional tasks assigned by line managers related to the role.
- Diploma in Maintenance Technology or equivalent qualification.
- Minimum 7 years of experience in a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems.
- Proficient in troubleshooting and repairing facility-related equipment.
- Familiarity with hand and power tools.
- Excellent problem-solving and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Physical fitness and ability to handle physically demanding tasks.
- Ability to work independently and follow maintenance protocols.
