Unleash your talent and redefine what’s possible.Job Description:Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented Project Controls Engineer / Specialist (Saudi National) to join our team!What You'll Be Doing:Supports the project team in resolving project control and cost control issues under the guidance of senior staff.Assists in analyzing and updating project status against the established baseline schedule.Helps in setting up and maintaining the baseline budget for resources, revenue, and cost using the approved WBS in coordination with the Project Manager and senior project controls staff.Assists in evaluating, forecasting, and reporting cost status against the established baseline in collaboration with the planning team.Prepares and updates weekly and monthly cost tracking reports and dashboards as directed.Supports the preparation of resource, revenue, and cost projections for projects in coordination with project teams.Assists in performing variance analysis against baseline projections and in preparing recommendations for corrective actions for review by senior staff.Uses historical data and trends, as provided by the team, to support future planning and forecasting activities.Monitors and tracks project progress data and assists in Earned Value Management activities, including basic calculation and reporting of EV, EAC and ETC under supervision.Participates in monthly and quarterly project reviews by preparing supporting data, variance explanations, and cost reports.Coordinates with other departments to collect and verify cost information, ensuring that costs are properly recorded and visible in the project cost control system.Assists in maintaining and updating project control tools and systems according to established procedures and templates.Assist in development and maintenance of schedules for construction and design projectsSupport Billing and Collection process from preparing invoices to coordinating with other stakeholders for timely collectionPreparation of multiple Trackers / Logs to monitor cost related information and issues.Performs other duties related to project controls and cost management as assigned.What Required Skills You'll Bring:Bachelor of Engineering/Finance3-5 years of experience in construction, design or other related projectsProficient PC skills including proficiency in various Project Controls software.MS Office proficiency plus Excel Advanced knowledge.Good communication and team player.Basic Power BI knowledgeParsons equally employs representation at all job levels no matter the race, color, religion, sex (including pregnancy), national origin, age, disability or genetic information.We truly invest and care about our employee’s wellbeing and provide endless growth opportunities as the sky is the limit, so aim for the stars!
