- Lead the development and enhancement of analytics solutions, including predictive modeling, data mining, and statistical analysis.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their analytics needs and translate them into functional specifications for analytics solutions.
- Design and build data pipelines and ETL processes to ensure the availability of accurate and timely data for analysis.
- Develop dashboards and visualization solutions to communicate insights effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Conduct thorough data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies in large datasets.
- Implement best practices in data management and analytics methodologies to maintain data integrity and quality.
- Stay informed of the latest trends and technologies in data analytics, providing recommendations for tools and improvements.
- Mentor and guide junior team members in analytics techniques and tool usage.
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field; Master’s degree is a plus.
- 5+ years of experience in data analytics development or a similar role, with a strong portfolio of successful projects.
- Proficiency in SQL and experience with data warehouse solutions.
- Strong skills in programming languages such as Python or R for data analysis and modeling.
- Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or equivalent.
- Knowledge of machine learning techniques and algorithms is highly desirable.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a detail-oriented approach.
- Proven ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment and communicate complex information clearly.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Certifications in data analytics, business intelligence, or data engineering.
- Experience in cloud-based data platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
