Job DescriptionOur Client:A leading property developer and consultant company in the Kingdom.Role Overview:We are seeking an experienced Mall Manager to lead the operations, tenant relations, and commercial success of one of their properties in the Eastern Province of Saudi Arabia. You will be responsible for delivering operational excellence, maximizing occupancy, enhancing footfall, and ensuring a seamless customer experience while managing the asset’s financial performance.Key Responsibilities:

Plan and conduct sensory tests across development stages.
Analyze sensory data and recommend product improvements.
Manage sensory panels and ensure testing consistency.
Collaborate with R&D and Quality teams to maintain product standards.
Support innovation through trend analysis, concept development, and rapid prototyping.
Contribute to cross-functional innovation projects and explore new ingredients and technologies.

Your Profile:

3–5 years of experience in sensory science, ideally in beverage or dairy.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Sensory Science, Food Science, Food Technology, or a related field.
Strong understanding of sensory methods and data analysis.
Background in food science or product development.
Proficiency in tools like XLSTAT, JMP, or similar platforms.
Creative, analytical, and collaborative mindset.
Familiarity with innovation frameworks (e.g., Design Thinking, Agile).
Strong communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally.
Willingness to travel occasionally and work in an office environment.
