Job Description:We are looking for a skilled Backend Developer to join our dynamic team at Master-Works. As a Backend Developer, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining server-side applications, ensuring high performance and responsiveness to requests from the front-end. You will collaborate with front-end developers to integrate user-facing elements using server-side logic.Location: Hyderabad (5 Days work from office)
Working Days: Sunday to Thursday
Timings: 10 AM to 6 PMKey Responsibilities:

Develop high-quality, reusable, and maintainable back-end components for web applications.
Design and implement RESTful APIs to support front-end functionalities.
Collaborate with front-end developers to integrate user-facing elements using server-side logic.
Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.
Implement security and data protection measures.
Monitor and improve server-side performance.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues across the application stack.
Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends.

Requirements:Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
2+ years of experience in back-end development.
Proficiency in one or more back-end programming languages (e.g., Python, Java, Node.js).
Experience with databases such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, or MongoDB.
Familiarity with RESTful API development and integration.
Understanding of security best practices when dealing with back-end technologies.
Knowledge of version control systems, preferably Git.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
